E-Banking access
To enhance security, you must migrate to the new "BIL Suisse Authenticator" verification method by 30th of November 2024 at the latest. The new app will replace mTAN and the Matrix Card.
To complete the migration, you will need your personalized activation letter. If you have not yet downloaded it from the eBanking documents section, click on "Letter not yet received" to download it, along with the step-by-step guide.
